On November 9, 2000 the Town Council of the Town of Cary voted to rezone the above-referenced property from Business-2 (B-2) zoning to Office & Institutional (O&I) zoning.

I have noticed that 2.96 acres were recently subdivided out of the original 10.16 acre parcel that was advertised for rezoning. The entire 10.16 acre parcel is subject to the zoning change from B-2 to O&I. Wake County Tax Records indicate that the owner of the new 2.16 acre parcel is SpecraSite Communications. The Wake County PIN# is 0762.17-01-8696. Be advised that this portion of the parcel is also subject to the new zoning designation of O&I.
