On November 9, 2000 the Town Council of the Town of Cary voted to rezone the above-referenced property from Business-2 (B-2) zoning to Office & Institutional (O&I) zoning.

The parcel was originally split-zoned such that 2.11 acres were zoned B-2 and the remaining 1.22 acres were zoned O&I. The result of the rezoning is that the entire parcel is now zoned O&I.
