The P&Z Board and Town Council (Action) meeting dates assume the following:

Town Council Public Hearing does not extend past the date indicated;

the proposed design will comply with all applicable regulations and design guidelines;
*
the applicant will comply with all plan submittal requirements of the Town of Cary, including the above specified timeframes for submittal;
*
the applicant will be responsive to and adequately address review comments issued by the Town, and plans submitted for 3rd review have addressed all major review issues/comments noted in prior reviews.

** Failure on the part of the applicant to meet the above requirements will result in the P&Z Board and Town Council (Action) meeting dates to be extended
