HAS SUCCESSFULLY MET THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 6.1.5 OF THE CARY ZONING ORDINANCE AND IS HEREBY GRANTED, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS AND FINDINGS: 1.
