PROJECT TITLE:   Eagle Meadow Court Water Line Connector

PROJECT FUNDING:   $50,000

 

FIRST YEAR ESTIMATED OPERATING COSTS:   None

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Eagle Meadow Court Water Line Connection provides 300 linear feet of 12-inch water main connecting water lines at Heritage Pines Drive and Preston Village Way.  The FY 2009 appropriation of $50,000 fully supports this project with no additional funding requests anticipated.

 

PROJECT JUSTIFICATION:

This project is essential to the Town’s ability to provide service redundancy in the event of water line breaks or high fire fighting demand.  It also provides a secondary feed and loop to the service area.
