REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

TOWN OF CARY

Cary, North Carolina

The Town of Cary is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to conduct engineering design and construction administration for improvements at four (4) existing wastewater pump stations in Cary, NC. The scope of the Wastewater Pump Station Improvements Project (SW1175) is to select trailer mounted pumps for temporary bypass pumping, design and administer construction of bypass pumping connection and flood proofing of the selected pump stations.

Proposals will be received at the Town of Cary Engineering Department, Town Hall Building B, 316 North Academy Street, Cary, North Carolina until 11 a.m. on Monday, June 9, 2008.

Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained after May 5, 2008 at the office of the Director of Engineering, Town Hall, 316 North Academy Street, Cary, North Carolina, 27513, phone (919) 469-4030.

The Town of Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
