Discussion
about the draft TCRC By-laws. Mr.
Nicholas informed the TCRC that the Town Attorney’s Office reviewed the
draft and recommended minor revisions to the sections concerning
membership, attendance and rules of procedure.
Mr. Nicholas noted that the revisions will be added to the final
version. Mr. Harned suggested adding text from the LDO regarding the purpose/responsibility of the TCRC and the review procedure. The Commission agreed to have the text incorporated into the final version. TCRC
members asked staff if possible to notify members of projects further in
advance of the timeframe currently followed. Members agreed to meet on December 13 and asked staff to prepare a revised draft of the By-laws for review at that time. |
