Motion to approve made by Mr. Jones, and second by Mrs. Oury.  Minutes were approved by a vote of 6-0.

05-SP-002: TTA Downtown Cary Train Station                   

Juanita Shearer-Swink, TTA representative, addressed various questions & concerns from commission members.

Motion made by Mr. Jones and seconded by Ms. Oury to recuse Ms. Commiskey due to a conflict of interest.

The Commission voted unanimous approval, 5-0.

Mrs. Oury made a motion to forward the plan to November 10^th Town Council for approval.

Mr. Hadsell seconded the motion.

The Commission voted unanimous approval, 5-0.

B.   

05-SP-013: Cary Chamber of Commerce

• Parking lot Revisions

Motion made by Mr. Jones and seconded by Ms. Oury to allow Ms. Commiskey to reenter a new discussion on the parking revisions at the Cary Chamber of Commerce.    

The Commission voted unanimous approval, 5-0.

After much discussion, Mr. Jones made a motion to table the Cary Chamber of Commerce site plan until further clarification is made regarding stormwater.

The motion was seconded by Mr. Hadsell.

Mr. Redfoot opposed the motion.

The Commission voted approval,
5-1.

The plan will return next month at the November 30^th meeting prior to heading for Town Council for approval.
