Approval of the February 23, 2005 Meeting Minutes

Motion to approve made by Ms. Commiskey and seconded by Ms. Katherine Oury. Minutes were approved by a vote of 7-0.

Town Council Report

Mr. Morehead reported that the Waldo Street Subdivision, a Habitat for Humanity project, is using a General Statute of exempt subdivision to build into the riparian buffer. This project is currently going forward.

Mr. Redfoot made a motion to recommend the plan to Town Council for approval with the following condition:

• Allow a reduction in parking

Ms. Oury seconded the motion.  

    The Commission voted unanimous
approval, 7-0.
