Motion to approve made by Ms. Hutcheson and seconded by Mr. Redfoot. Minutes were approved by a vote of 6-0.

04-SB-029: Habitat for Humanity - Waldo Street Subdivision

Mr. Harned made a motion to recommend the plan to Town Council for approval with 2 conditions:

• Allow a modification to Section 7.2.3(J) of the Land Development Ordinance to permit the riparian buffer area to be within the proposed lots.
• All outdoor HVAC systems are to be located four feet above base flood elevation.

Ms. Hutcheson seconded the motion.

 The Commission voted unanimous approval, 6-0.
