Don Frantz made a motion to approve the minutes.  Matthew Danielson seconded, and the motion carried unanimously 9-0.

Matthew Danielson made a motion to forward 06-CPA-05 to Town Council with a recommendation for approval according to the wording in the staff report.  Kelly Commiskey seconded and the motion carried unanimously 9-0.

3.  06-REZ-01 Regency Park Planned Development District (PDD) Amendment  

Don Frantz made a motion to forward 06-REZ-01 to Town Council with a recommendation for denial according to the wording in the staff report.  Kelly Commiskey seconded, and the motion carried unanimously 9-0. 

4.  06-REZ-03 Fryar Planned Development District (PDD) was administratively tabled. 

5.  06-REZ-11 Cary Creek Property Rezoning

Motion:  Carla Sadtler made a motion to forward 06-REZ-11 to Town Council with a recommendation for approval according to the wording in the staff report.  Matthew Danielson seconded, and the motion carried unanimously 9-0.

E.  Rezoning, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, or Activity Center Concept Plan Requests with no Public Hearing:

1.  06-REZ-10 Carpenter Hatcher Planned Development District (PDD) Amendment

Don Frantz made a motion to forward 06-REZ-10 to Town Council with a recommendation for approval according to the wording in the staff report.  Carla Sadtler seconded, and the motion carried unanimously 9-0. 

2.  06-REZ-14 Stewart Property Rezoning

Julia Rudy made a motion to forward 06-REZ-14 to Town Council with a recommendation for approval according to the wording in the staff report.  Scott Brookhart seconded, and the motion carried unanimously 9-0.
