Name:  Ron Margiotta

                  

Comments:  Mr. Margiotta’s commented about roadway safety issues for school age children and classroom size.

 

 

Name:  Jim Galcowsky          

 

Comments:  Mr. Galcowsky commented about changes that still need to be made to this proposal.  Specifically with the roadway access, the proposal not meeting the SW Area Plan, density, buffers, and lot size of homes.

 

 

Name:  Chris Decker              

 

Comments:  Mr. Decker commented about only one access point by the Turner Creek Elementary School.  He feels any units above 100 is unacceptable.

 

 

Name:  Claire Chadwick        

 

Comments:  Ms. Chadwick commented about road access, watershed and increased stormwater runoff.

 

 

Name:  Sandy Low                 

 

Comments:  Ms. Low from Chesney Glen presented comments about road access and pedestrian safety issues.

 

 

Name:  Andrei Mitran    

 

Comments:  Mr. Mitran commented about density transitions, stormwater issues, impact on property values, and road access.

 

 

Name:  Dayna Guzik

 

Comments:  Ms. Guzik commented that the proposal was not meeting the SW Area Plan.

Comments:  Mr. Pail commented about continuing to work with the applicant to obtain a private agreement for a 30’ Type A buffer, minimum lot size of 12-14,000 square feet, and to deed the new buffer to the Chesney Glen Subdivision Homeowner Association.

 

 

Name:  Lloyd McClung

 

Comments:  Mr. McClung does not support road access on Roberts Road.

 

 

Name:  Bill Gaines

 

Comments:  Mr. Gaines commented about increased traffic flow, pedestrian safety issues, sidewalks, and not supporting a road thru Chesney Glen.

 

 

Name:  Rebecca Serrel

 

Comments:  Ms. Serrel commented about road access points, the Herndon property nearby, and the number of housing units proposed across from the middle school.
