The comments from citizens involved the following topics:  

·         Traffic increase on Brandywine Drive due to the new development would be undesirable
 to existing residents.

·         Speed bumps to slow down traffic flow on Brandywine Drive .

·         Noise pollution from nearby I-40 increasing with the clearing of trees for development.

·         A need for increased buffers and vegetation for privacy from new development.
