APPROVAL OF THE August 16, 2004 MEETING MINUTES

Christy Perrin made a motion to recommend approval of the minutes, Christopher Brooks seconded the motion and the Board unanimously approved 8-0.

SITE/SUBDIVISION PLAN

 

1.

#04-SP-114 Umstead Hotel (Sketch Plan)

Steven Goodridge made a motion to approve the sketch plan with one condition that pedestrian signalization be installed at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and SAS Drive .  Ervin Portman seconded the motion and the Board unanimously approved by a vote of 8-0.

#04-SP-117  SAS/GX

Matthew Danielson made a motion to recommend approval of the site plan as proposed.  Steven Goodridge seconded the motion and the Board approved the motion 6-2.  (The dissenting votes were Carla Sadtler and Christy Perrin due to encroachment into the riparian buffer.)

ACTIVITY CENTER

#04-AC-004 Kilarney Point

Carla Sadtler made a motion to recommend approval of the activity center as proposed. Lori Bush seconded the motion and the Board approved by a vote of 7-1. (The dissenting vote was Ervin Portman due to the density of the single family units given the size of the property.)
