Comments:  Mr. Huff talked with the applicant and Town staff and he feels comfortable with the rezoning plan.  He and the business owners he represents no longer oppose the rezoning.

Comments:  If the applicant submits his plan with the condition that the apartment occupants receive noise notification,  he will recommend approval.
