Planning and Zoning Board meetings are broadcast live the night of the meeting at 6:30PM and are rebroadcast the same week on Wednesday at 7:30AM and Friday at 7:30PM .

Item 2	Approval of Meeting Minutes
A.	December 15, 2003	Wally Dawson made a motion to approve the minutes, which was seconded by Christy Perrin and the Board vote unanimously 9-0. Paul Broderick arrived late and was not present for this vote.
Item 3	Town Council Report

Item 4	Items to be Tabled:
A.	Rezoning Petition Case 03-REZ-11 Cary Park PDD	Wally Dawson made a motion to table the case until the February 16, 2004 Planning and Zoning Board meeting, which was seconded by Ervin Portman and the Board vote unanimously 10-0.
B.	Rezoning Petition Case 03-REZ-13 Forest Oaks PDD	Ervin Portman made a motion to table the case until the February 16, 2004 Planning and Zoning Board meeting, which was seconded by Christy Perrin and the Board vote unanimously 10-0.
Item 5	Rezonings:
A.	Rezoning Petition Case 03-REZ-16 Godwin/Jones/Riggsbee PDD: Application by Jerry Turner and Associates, Inc., for N. Virgil Riggsbee, Needham V. & Susan K. Riggsbee, Kevin T. Godwin, Gus Travis & Marie R. Godwin, Marie R. Godwin, Dalton Lee Riggsbee, Deborah A. Beeman, ET AL, Katie R. Phillips, Dennis Lee & Tracey Lynn Jones, owners, to rezone properties from R-40 Residential to Planned Development District (PDD) Major. The proposal would allow for 155 single family dwelling units. The proposal also includes 16.29 acres dedicated to open space, 0.51 acres dedicated to Major Right of Way. More details on the proposal can be obtained from the Cary Planning Department during regular business hours. The property contains approximately 70.20 acres and is located at west of Green Level To Durham Rd., south of Carpenter Fire Station Rd., east of Yates Store Road. Said property is more particularly described as Wake County Pin numbers: 0724688701, 0724789505, 0724787737, 0724788913, 0724894486, 0724796559, 0724698585, 0724695201, 0724796330, 0724795177, and 0724890105	Ervin Portman made a motion to forward the case to Town Council for approval based on staff recommendations which was seconded by Wally Dawson and the board voted 9-1. Carla Sadtler had the dissenting vote.
