Board members present: Edward Yerha, Ervin Portman, Carla Sadtler, Steve Goodridge, Paul Broderick, Don Hyatt, and William Lyke

Item 2 Approval of the minutes of the April 21, 2003 and March 24, 2003 meetings. Don Hyatt made a motion to approve the minutes, which was seconded by Steve Goodridge, and the Board voted unanimously

Item 4 Site/Subdivision Plans for Action:

03-SP-023 Highland Village

Ervin Portman made a motion to forward to Council for approval, which was seconded by Carla Sadtler, and the Board voted unanimously.

Don Hyatt made a motion to forward to Council for approval with Mr. Yerha’s comments attached for record, which was seconded by William Lyke, and the Board voted unanimously.
