| PL02-037a - Town Center Design Guidelines | Mr. Hyatt made a motion to forward to Council for approval at their April 24, 2002 meeting, which was seconded by Ms. Perrin, and the Board voted (9-0). | |

| 02-SP-005 - MacGregor Ridge | Mr. Portman made a motion to forward to Council for approval at their May 9, 2002 meeting to include allowing the 100' Thoroughfare Corridor Buffer District to be reduced to a width of 30', which was seconded by Ms. Schmidt, and the Board voted (6-3) with Mr. Hyatt, Mr. Zaccardo and Mr. Goodridge having the dissenting votes. | |
| 01-SP-173 - The Peaks of Cary | Mr. Hyatt made a motion to table this item for 30 days to give the applicant time to address issues concerning parking, building setback, off-site sewer connection, and relocation of sewer main out from under a proposed retaining wall, which was seconded by Ms. Perrin, and the Board voted (9-0). | |

| 01-REZ-23 - Christopher Shaw – 1105 Walnut Street - Application by Christopher A. Shaw on behalf of the property owner, George O. Castleberry, to rezone property from Residential-12 district to Office and Institutional Conditional Use district. The property contains 0.60 acres and is located at 1500 Walnut Street. | Mr. Broderick made a motion to forward to Council for tabling at their May 9, 2002 meeting until the Walnut Street Overlay District Guidelines are known, which was seconded by Mr. Zaccardo, and the Board voted (9-0). | |
