| 01-REZ-11: The applicant, Gary Smith, is requesting to rezone approximately 2.00 acres located at 830/832 Old Apex Road, Cary, NC from its current zoning of Business-2 (B2CU) to Office & Institutional (O&I). All conditions of the original rezoning dated March 27, 1986 are to remain unchanged except line #1, page 2, where the word "office" would be changed to "O&I".
