Board members present: Ed Yerha, Don Hyatt, Christy Perrin, Paul Broderick, Steven Goodridge, Ervin Portman, Wally Dawson, Carla Sadtler, and Mike Zaccardo.

Board members absent:

Council present: Jennifer Robinson and Jack Smith

Staff present: Jeff Ulma, Ricky Barker, JW Shearin, and Gina Bingham.

Mr. Shearin gave a brief run down on all the current projects that the Planning Department is working on.
