Appearance Commission Recommendations

The Appearance Commission provided the following recommendations:

    1. The Appearance Commission supports staff's recommendations.

  1. Consider dropping the footing 4' or reducing the amount of cut on the north side of the building so that existing trees can be saved. (The Commission felt that consideration should be given to saving the existing trees located between the building and Cary Parkway.)
  2. Another location should be selected for the proposed dumpster location…one that would not require the service vehicle to back out.

Staff Observations:  The applicant has modified the plans to address the Appearance Commission's recommendations.
