The plans propose 27 single-family lots averaging 10,081 square feet per lot on 14.05 acres. The maximum density allowed is 2.50 units per acre. The proposed density would be 1.92 units per acre. The property is zoned Residential-40 PUD (R-40 PUD) and is inside Cary's town limits. |
