REZONING REQUEST |
|
Analysis:
Due to the need for additional time to conduct wetland surveys and
to fine-tune zoning conditions, the applicant has requested that the
rezoning request be delayed until the February Planning & Zoning
Board meeting. However, the Planning & Zoning Board is required
to make a recommendation on the rezoning request within 60 days of
the public hearing, unless the Town Council grants an extension.
Recommendation: Staff recommends that
the Board forward the rezoning request to the Town Council with a
request for an extension. Following the Council’s granting of an
extension, the rezoning request will then be heard by the Planning
& Zoning Board at its February 19th meeting. |

Council.
