Fine Arts League of Cary (FALC) – Ella Williams

§         FALC feels that the year 2006 which is coming to an end has been very successful with its growth in membership, acquiring of an office, and it’s well run exhibitions, programs, and membership involvement.

A successful photography show has just been completed. The Juried Photography Exhibition received 242 entries representing 93 artist                   photographers with 106 selected for exhibition in a professional gallery. Seventeen (17) communities were represented and two entries were                     from the United Kingdom.

Our ongoing displays and shows are important as FALC strives to be a presence in the Town of Cary. Each year we have representatives              that serve on Town Boards and participate in the Town festivals to make ourselves seen and heard. This year we are in the process of                         creating a permanent presence in the Town of Cary by having a dedicated space in the Town Hall.
