·         Old Cary Elementary Program Report – Clearscapes Architecture & Art
Ellie Torrie, Clearscapes consultant gave a PowerPoint presentation of the proposed layout for the renovation of Old Cary Elementary into a performing arts center.  The minutes of the meeting are attached.

·         ACTION By PRCR Advisory Board:  Kay Struffolino made a motion to accept staff’s recommendation of the proposed renovations for Old Cary Elementary as presented; Tullie Johnson seconded the motion.  The motion carried by a majority vote.
ACTION: Motion to Adjourn:  Kay Struffolino made a motion for adjournment for PRCR Advisory board members at the close of Old Business ( 7:40 p.m. ); the motion was seconded by Tony D’Amico.  The motion carried by majority vote.
