Information Services Advisory Board Orientation/Goal Setting Session
Thursday, February 7, 2002, 5:45 p.m.

Members present: David Forvendel, Geiselle Thompson, Jeffrey Gillette,
Benjamin Rector, Eugene Murray, Robert Keely, Jo Rathgeber, Sandy Gottlieb, and
Rob Deal.
Members absent: Julie Thomas
Staff present: Susan Moran
Old/new business:
David opened the meeting by going over the scope of the board. He also
talked a little about the annual report.
Jeff elected Vice Chair.
*Jeff Gillette was appointed vice chair of the Information Services Advisory Board
Harold Weinbrecht asked for comments to take to Council regarding the need for Council liaisons, other issues. He plans to discuss at Council retreat.
Group placed orders for Town shirts and received thank you gifts for their service.
Goal Setting:
Major areas of address for the board have been the government access channel, the Web site, and written communications. Board members are to review goals, especially in light of the 2002 Biennial Survey, and be prepared to report back on a list of final goals/action items at the February 28, 2002 meeting.
