DRAFT MINUTES

I.

Introduction of members:

Members present were David Forvendel, Cliff Barnes, Jo Rathgeber, Bob Hickey, Jeffrey Gillette, Robert Keely, Julie Thomas, Geiselle Thompson, and Sandy Gottlieb.

Staff present: Roger May.

II.

Approval of Minutes:

The board unanimously recommended approval of the November minutes as written.

III.

Citizen Comments:
There were no citizen comments.

IV.

Old/New Business:

  1. The board discussed the year-end review. Chairperson David Forvendel prepared a draft report for review by the board. The review included an overview of the board's actions throughout the previous year including GTV, the Town's website, search engine, maps online, language issues, 24-Town Hall automated system, written communications, and future directions.
  2. Board members discussed the ISAB Annual Report. Ms. Moran stated that she intended to submit the report to the Operations Committee in January, which would require that a draft be completed by the December meeting. The board will discuss it further at the December meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 5:59 p.m.

The next ISAB meeting will be held on January 24, 2001 at 5:00 p.m., Building A, Front Conference Room.
