Old/New Business:

1. Call for motion to determine if Multipoint Interactive Meeting staff report should be forwarded by staff to Council. Board members raised a number of concerns about the staff report from whether or not it was procedurally OK to change/add to the staff report to whether or not the ISAB had the ability to determine if the report were forwarded to Council. Mr. Murray strongly stated that he was not in favor of moving the report forward without feedback from the appropriate staff, as the staff recommendation was counter to the Boards’ recommendation. It was suggested that another option be added to the staff report to permit Board members to fulfill the role of staff needed to work at the pilot meeting. After lengthy discussion, the Board voted unanimously to forward the report to Council.

2. CONTINUATION FROM 10/07/04 MEETING - How ISAB interacts with Council and types of projects they want to be involved with (i.e. Celebrate Cary, Focus on Cary, Envision Cary). This item was not discussed and will be addressed at the December 2, 2004 meeting.
