Introduction of members.
Members present were Cliff Barnes, David Forvendel, Jeff Gillette, Bob Hickey, Robert Keely, Jo Rathgeber, Lester Thomas and Geiselle Thompson.

Members absent were Sandy Gottlieb and Jim Jensen.

Staff present were Susan Moran and Nigel Holcroft.

Approval of Minutes of the September 28^th, 2000 meeting.
The minutes from the September 28^th were unanimously approved.

III.

Citizen Comments.
There were no citizens present and no citizen comments.

IV.

1. Discuss GIS mapping layers with Mike Mull
   The board postponed discussion of this item as the site will not be ready until November 14^th.
   
2. Discuss streamlining ideas
   The board reviewed several links to other municipalities already offering video/audio features. The group recommended that the Town simulcast on the web all programming on GTV via streaming video. Next, they recommended adding to the website any videos produced by the Town. They asked that meetings carried online in archive form be indexed for easier use, tied to agenda materials. One point brought up about power point presentations is that for printing purposes, maybe they could be set up to print to an acrobat PDF file.
   
3. Yearend Report
   David Forvendel asked the board members to bring their notes and thoughts about what items and accomplishments the board has achieved over the past year to the next meeting, November 9^th, 2000.
