1. Call to Order

Chair Jo Rathgeber called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

 

 

2. Introduction of Members

Present: Donna Bravo, Mark Evangelista, John Fitzpatrick, Dayna Guzik, Lee Douglas, Jo Rathgeber, Dean Smith

 

Absent:  Jamie Cuticchia, Steve Del Verde, Angel Wright-Feldman

 

Council member Julie Robison and Town staff Bill Stice, Susan Moran and Teri Peralta were also present.

 

 

3. Approval of Minutes

The board unanimously approved the August 4, 2005, minutes.

 

 

4. Old/New Business

a. Technology Services department tour

Following adoption of the August minutes, Board members toured the Town’s technical facilities in 120 Wilkinson Avenue. Led by Technology Services Director Bill Stice, members visited the computer lab as well as the central computer room.

 

Mr. Stice explained how the Town’s technical infrastructure was operated, organized and maintained. He then led the group to the Town’s 911 Telecommunications Center where he and 911 staff discussed the center’s technology and answered questions on emergency response.

6. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
