The meeting was called to order by Ms. Dorrel at 7:30 PM.
- Action on Minutes from May 10, 1999 Meeting
ACTION: A motion was made by Mr. Spencer and seconded by Mr. Wegerski to approve the minutes as submitted. The Board voted unanimously (10-0) in favor of the motion.
- Swearing In
The following individuals were sworn in to give testimony: Joseph Jeffries, Lawrence Hardee, Scott Brown.

APPLICATION #: 99-14-A

SUBJECT PROPERTY: 9000 Regency Parkway
APPLICANT(S): Scott Brown
REQUEST: The applicant Scott Brown, representing GMI is appealing Staff’s interpretation, that the leasing of space for storage is considered warehousing and not an office use when separate or apart from the office, which will be located in a different building.
ACTION: A motion was made by Ms. Wayman to reverse the administrative officer's decision based on the following findings:
- The Town of Cary determined the buildings are campus use and are considered one unit.
- This is not a typical warehouse but an accessory use of the facility.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Frick and the Board voted unanimously (10-0) in favor of the motion.
- There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
