    ACTION: A motion was made by Ms. Jordan and seconded by Ms. Colvin to approve the minutes as amended. The Board voted unanimously to approve the motion.

ACTION: A motion was made by Mr. Dascombe and seconded by Mr. Cassell to grant the applicant’s request. The Board voted unanimously to approve the motion.

ACTION: A motion was made by Mr. Krautler and seconded by Ms. Colvin to table the request pending approval from adjacent neighbor either by notarized document or appearance of neighbor at April meeting.

REQUEST: To allow a proposed addition to encroach approximately 4.5 feet into the 20 foot rear setback.

ACTION: A motion was made by Mr. Krautler and seconded by Mr. Dascombe to grant the applicant’s request. The Board voted unanimously to approve the motion.

A motion was made by Ms. Dorrell and seconded by Mr. Cassell to adjourn. The Board voted unanimously to approve the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
