MOTION OPTIONS:

Option 1: Move to adopt agenda as prepared with no changes

Option 2: Move to adopt agenda with proposed changes

Option 3: Separate motions, seconds and votes on (1) the prepared agenda and (2) the proposed changes to the agenda

Second is required. Simple majority vote is needed for motion to carry.
