Environmental programs knowledge, cool cities, reprioritize at local level to see what we push, i.e., Jordan watershed to meet new regulations, regulatory radar: what role Cary should play; through Sierra Club affiliation, awareness, passionate, link to resources, advocacy group

Feels that new orientation toward working with local governments could be productive, i.e., go to elected official to say “what can we do for you?” Align interests, create more partnerships.

How I see my role? My role is to be there representing a partner organization, yet I would participate as an individual, as me, I see my role as bringing passion, a person who is also a Sierra club member.  If there is a resource, draw on it, but do not speak for club or push, be a resource, be balanced individual respecting diversity of group
