Present: Mayor Ernie McAlister and Council Members Jennifer Robinson and Nels Roseland

Mayor McAlister began the meeting at 5:25 p.m.

ACTION: Mrs. Robinson moved to approve the retreat committee minutes of June 12, 2006, February 5, 2007 and June 28, 2007. Mr. Roseland provided the second. Committee granted unanimous approval.

The meeting adjourned at 5:26 p.m.
