Subcommittee Members Present: Council Members Marla Dorrel and Nels Roseland

Subcommittee Member Absent: Julie Robison

Ms. Dorrel began the meeting at 5:26 p.m.

ACTION: Mr. Roseland moved to approve the bid award process minutes of February 15, 2007, May 23, 2007 and June 28, 2007. Ms. Dorrel provided the second. Committee granted unanimous approval.
