Subgroup Members Present: Mayor Ernie McAlister, Mayor Pro Tem Jack Smith and Council Member Marla Dorrel

Mayor McAlister began the meeting at 4:37 p.m.

ACTION: Mayor Pro Tem Smith moved to approve the minutes of the June 5, 2006 subgroup meeting. Ms. Dorrel provided the second; and the subgroup granted unanimous approval.

ACTION: Mayor Pro Tem Smith moved to approve the minutes of the July 19, 2006 subgroup meeting. Ms. Dorrel provided the second; and the subgroup granted unanimous approval.
