2. 00-REZ-34 / 00-LPA-09: Consideration of a request by the applicant, Duke-Weeks Realty, on behalf of the owner, Citigroup Investments, Inc., to rezone property from Business-2 District to Planned Employment Center District. The property is comprised of 9.48 acres and is located south of the intersection of Northgate Court and Gateway Centre Boulevard. |

3. 00-REZ-35 / 00-LPA-10: Consideration of a request by the applicant, Duke-Weeks Realty, on behalf of the owner, Citigroup Investments, Inc., to rezone property from Business-2 (B-2) to Planned Employment Center District (PEC). The total acreage of the tract is 5.15 acres; 2.90 acres is currently zoned B-2, and the remaining acreage is currently zoned PEC. The request is to rezone the 2.90 acre tract to PEC to conform with the remainder of the property. The property is located at the north end of Northgate Court. |

The Town Council granted a waiver to this applicant on December 14, 2000, to allow him to resubmit the rezoning within the next 12 month time period. 00-REZ-36 / 00-LPA-11: Consideration of a request by the owner, Millpond KPT, LLC, to amend the conditions of the Mill Pond Village Planned Unit Development (PUD). The total acreage within the PUD impacted by the request is 61.91 acres. The property is located at the intersection of Kildaire Farm Road and Ten-Ten Road. |
