Schindler, to amend the conditions of the current Residential-40 Planned Unit Development zoning designation. The property contains 1,094.93 acres and is located south of O’Kelly Chapel Road, east of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers property, north of New Hope Church Road, and west of Green Level to Durham Road and Yates Store Road.
