The Cary Police Department recently received its reaccreditation for the 20th consecutive year through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement (CALEA). For the first time ever, the agency also recieved CALEA's new award, the Accreditation with Excellence award. Read the complete list of criteria for the Accreditation with Excellence Award.
