Town Code Reference: Sec. 34‑68. Right turns on red prohibited.

Vehicular traffic facing a red light shall not make a right turn during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, while traveling:

(1) West on Walnut Street at Kildaire Farm Road;

(2) North on Kildaire Farm Road at Walnut Street;

(3) South on Academy Street at Dry Avenue.

(4) Westbound Cary Glen Blvd onto Green Level Church Road (SR 1625).
