The P&Z Board, and/or TCRC, and Town Council meeting dates assume the following:
- the proposed design will comply with all applicable regulations and design guidelines;
- the applicant will comply with all plan submittal requirements of the Town of Cary, including the above specified timeframes for submittal;
- the applicant will be responsive to and adequately address review comments issued by the Town, and plans submitted for 3rd review have addressed all major review issues/comments noted in prior reviews.
** Failure on the part of the applicant to meet the above requirements will result in the P&Z Board, TCRC and Town Council meeting dates to be extended
1st TC Meeting-Land development consent items without annexation.
2nd TC Meeting-Land Development consent items with an associated annexation. Note: Italicized dates are tentative for 2011.
