Electronic Plan Submittal
Cary now offers the option to submit your development plans electronically. To reduce production and environmental costs typically associated with the conventional plan review process, beginning March 1, 2010, all development plans (site and subdivision) submitted to the town for review are strongly encouraged to be submitted electronically. There are two approval process cycles:
