Easter Egg Hunt

2012 Easter Egg Hunt and Breakfast with the Bunny
Saturday, March 31 (rain date- Sun April 1- afternoon only)

Breakfast with the Bunny
Bond Park (Kiwanis Shelter) , 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Before heading out to Cary’s annual Easter egg hunt, enjoy a delicious continental breakfast hosted by the Cary Teen Council. Muffins, donuts, fresh fruit and more will be served. The Easter Bunny himself will be available for pictures and videos!

You must purchase a ticket before the event to attend – no tickets will be sold the morning of the breakfast. Tickets will go on sale Monday, February 27 at the Herb Young Community Center:

Age 10 and older - $4 per person
Youth ages 3-9 - $3 per person
Children age 2 and younger, free (pick up an “Eat Free Pass” when you purchase your tickets)

Rain Plan:  In the event of inclement weather the Breakfast with the Bunny will be moved inside to the Senior Center Ballroom.

21st Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Bond Park, 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Easter Egg Hunt
Children ages 10 and younger are invited to participate in the Town of Cary's 20th annual Easter Egg Hunt. The Egg Hunt features three hunt areas, each for a different age group. In order to better accommodate the large crowds - and for those who would rather "sleep in" - an afternoon hunt is scheduled. Bring your own basket and come early for good parking!

Morning Hunt

  1. Age 3 and younger, 10 a.m. at Field #1
  2. Ages 4-6, 10:20 a.m. at Field #2
  3. Ages 7-10, 10:40 a.m. at Field #3

Afternoon Hunt  

  1. Age 3 and younger, 1:30 p.m. at Field #1
  2. Ages 4-6, 1:50 p.m. at Field #2
  3. Ages 7-10, 2:10 p.m. at Field #3

Entertainment
Before and during the hunts, the entire family can enjoy the ongoing entertainment located in the parking lot of the Kiwanis Shelter. There will be cotton candy, hotdogs, Cary Police and Fire, and inflatable rooms to bounce around. After the morning and afternoon hunts, join join the Sandbox Band at Sertoma Amphitheatre.  "Sandbox is a local kids and family music band specializing in rockin', rootsy music and will get your whole family moving to the beat."
