Find Little Jerry!
Our Lazy Daze Man is hiding at the festival and is hoping to be found! Five Little Jerry dolls (complete with his fishing pole) will be enjoying the sights and sounds of Lazy Daze. While visiting the festival, keep your eyes pealed for Little Jerry. If you find him, get a card that he’ll have. If you find all five,return the card to the Information Tent to be registered to win a prize!
Ice and Timber! Sculpting Competition
Lazy Daze will host its first ever ice carving and chainsaw sculpting competitions! The morning will feature ice carvers and the afternoon the chainsaw artists! Come see them create amazing works of art and root for your favorite – they’ll be competing to win prizes!
Oyez! Oyez! – Town of Cary’s Town Crier at Lazy Daze 
Cary’s official Town Crier, John Webster and his wife, Mary will be at Lazy Daze this year making announcements and greeting patrons and adding fun to the day! The Websters hail from Markham, Ontario, Canada – a Sister City for Cary. You’ll be able to pick them out from the crowd because they come fully dressed in Town Crier regalia. Mr. Webster’s “Oyez” has been heard in England, Bermuda, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany and throughout the United States. John acts as a good-will ambassador for the Town of Markham, and adds color and history to community, corporate and charity events that he attends.Our Town!

Enjoy Cary Visual Art’s Temporary Outdoor Sculpture Exhibit featuring sculptures on the grounds of Cary Arts Center and Town Hall Campus and along Academy Street.
