Insurance Policy: Teams/organizations/individuals interested in reserving space at the complex may be required to meet the following insurance requirements: Comprehensive general liability is required with limits of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit and two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) aggregate. A certificate of insurance specifically listing the "Town of Cary" as an additional insured under the policy must be provided prior to the rental. The policy shall provide that the insurance shall not be canceled or coverage reduced without the insurance carrier first giving 30 days written notice to the Town.
