Line Dancing Gone Green (ages 50+)

Line Dance to your favorite tunes this spring by wearing green!  Open to all who love to dance no matter if you have never taken a class. Some instruction will be provided but mostly everyone is invited to jump right in with both feet and enjoy the night!  Light hor d’oeuvres will be provided.  Register now by using course code 89224.  For more call (919) 469-4081.

Annual Health Fair (ages 55+)

Line Dance Workshop (ages 50+)

World renowned line dance choreographer and instructor Ira Weisburd will be hosting a workshop at the Cary Senior Center. You will learn the same information in both the morning and afternoon sessions. All levels of dancers are invited. For more information, call (919) 469-4081.

Senior Citizens Luncheon (ages 55+)
Wednesday, May 4 |11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

Celebrate Senior Citizens’ Day with the Town of Cary! Fun, entertainment and a delicious lunch await you at this annual event. The lunch is $10 per person.  Please register by April 20. For more information, call (919) 469-4081.

SAS Showchoir Performance (ages 50+)
Wednesday, May 4 | 7-8 p.m. | FREE

The annual evening Senior Day Celebration Concert with VocalMotion, the SAS Show Choir, and Audio Kudzu is always a dynamite performance. VocalMotion is an all-volunteer show choir sponsored by SAS. Registration ends April 28.

Memorial Day | Facility Closed
Saturday-Monday, May 28-30
The center will close at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 27 and be closed for Memorial Day Weekend.

General Information

Cary Senior Center, located within Fred G. Bond Metro Park, provides opportunities for ages 55+ to Create Active Retirement Years!  You will enjoy a variety of fitness classes, recreation activities, arts, information & referral, volunteer opportunities, clubs and many other events.  The center is available for you to rent for your private event. The center is within walking distance to Bond Park Community Center and your link to many greenways throughout the park and town.

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Cary Senior Center is closed on all Town holidays.
