The Magnolia and Sycamore Gyms will be closed for the floors to cure properly after being re-varnished.
Saturday, November 23-Sunday, December 1 | Modified Schedule
Closed on Saturday and Sunday, November 23 and 24 and Thursday through Sunday, November 28 through December 1. The Center will operate on a modified schedule, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday, November 25 through Wednesday, November 27. The closure and modified schedule is required while significant facility maintenance is completed. Regular facility hours will resume on Monday, December 2. During the modified schedule, program registration and reservations may continue to be made at Bond Park Community Center 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. When closed, program registrations and reservations can be made at other Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources facilities such as Herbert C. Young Community Center, Middle Creek Community Center, Cary Tennis Park, Cary Senior Center, Cary Arts Center and Town Hall.
Thursday, November 28-Sunday, December 1 | Closed
Closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The Center will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27.

Elks Hoop Shoot
Thursday, December 19 | 6:30 p.m.
Each year, the Town of Cary and Cary-Apex Lodge #2798 host the local competition of the Elks National Free Throw "Hoop Shoot" Contest. The local competition is open to boys and girls and features three divisions: ages 8-9, ages 10-11 and ages 12-13. Winners will qualify for subsequent competitions leading to a national championship. Bond Metro Park, provides opportunities for you to engage in your community through fitness classes, recreation activities, camps, athletic programs and other events. The community center is available for you to rent for your private event. The community center is within walking distance to Cary Senior Center and your link to many greenways throughout the park and town.
