Financial Reporting

Thanks to prudent financial decisions by the entire team of Town Council and Town employees, and the execution of financial transactions with an eye on detail and priority on value, we've achieved (according to a national credit rating agency) an "exceptional financial position" and "outstanding financial performance". These commendations were accompanied by a AAA credit rating, the best possible rating for a local government.

  • Financial Section - Management analysis; basic financial statements; required supplementary pension information; associated independent auditor's report
  • Statistical Section - Comparative data, graphs and other information on taxes, revenues, expenditures, debt, socioeconomic data
  • Compliance Section - Schedules of federal and state financial assistance; independent auditor's reports on compliance with internal control and related financial assistance requirements; debt coverage calculations in the Utility Systems Enterprise Fund as required with 2001 revenue bonds; continuing disclosure requirements
