RFP - Building Retro-Commissioning

The Town of Cary is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms for the “Building Retro-Commissioning” project. This project involves evaluation of building systems at Cary’s Town Hall Complex and providing recommendations to optimize performance, such that these systems operate effectively and efficiently. Included in this project are Town Hall, a 101,583 square foot municipal office building; the Police and Technology Services Building, comprising 55,253 square feet; the Herb Young Community Center; a 27,000 square foot building containing meeting rooms and a gymnasium; and a 500 space parking deck. This project is funded through the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (ARRA).

Proposals will be received by the Town of Cary, Department of Public Works and Utilities, William H. Garmon Operations Center, 400 James Jackson Avenue, Cary, North Carolina, 27513 until Friday, March 15, 2010 at 3 p.m.
